About the Role: Service Advisor / Parts Manager
As a Service Advisor / Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the parts department, from inventory control to ordering and customer service. You will work closely with the service team to provide accurate estimates and ensure timely completion of service orders. Your ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization will be crucial in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking service and parts assistance.
- Provide accurate estimates to customers.
- Order, receive, and manage parts inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with technicians to identify necessary parts for repairs.
- Process parts returns and exchanges in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and customer transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Manager, or similar role in the automotive industry is a plus, not required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
